Artist Paolo Pivi invited supporters of NMCF to be part of her living artwork the 1000 at the Tate Modern.

On Bank Holiday Monday May 26th supporters of NMCF gathered in the Turbine Hall as performers in the 1000 - a living artwork by artist Paola Pivi.

Ms Pivi generously donated £300 to NMCF for its involvement in the event which included representitives of a number of different charities.

At 5pm, on a given signal, the previously silent 1000 screamed in unison for as long as possible!

The idea was to bring together a number of different issues and expressions and see what happened.
