Woodheys is a very special primary school which is extremely socially aware. It has been internationally recognised for its environmental practises and has successfully promoted inter-faith dialogue and peaceful respect for all.

The school moto reads "together everyone achieves more" and the visiting NMCF UK team members certainly found this to be the case!

All the staff and the pupils were extremely knowledgable about Mr Mandela and South Africa and Woodheys is even twinned with a school in South Africa.

Woodheys Primary School support numerous charitable organisations and NMCF UK looks forward to continuing a long standing relationship with this extraordinary school in the near future!
