news / Reflections on Nelson Mandela
The second edition of Reflections on Nelson Mandela has just been published. In it award winning photographer and author Antoinette Haselhorst asks the question "What do you think society, mankind and humanity can learn from Nelson Mandela's values and virtues?"
Antoinette, South African born and a long time supporter of the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund UK did not set out with this brief in mind when she began her book - but it was a question that evolved and resonated with so many people that in her words "the book took on a life of its own".
Published by Titan Books, the book is a beautifully produced celebration of the inspiration and legacy of Mandela - and with contributors ranging from supermodels to supermarket workers this is a truly inclusive and wide ranging reflection on the impact of Nelson Mandela across generations and countries.
Proceeds from the book will be donated to the Nelson Mandela Children's Hospital fundraising campaign.
