Sunday May 9th is Mother's Day in South Africa, and a chance for us to think about the children, grannies aunts and uncles who are taking care of children who have lost their own mother due to illness.

Nelson Mandela Children's Fund is working throughout South Africa to strengthen and support these caring communities and families so that these very vulnerable children receive the care they need to thrive.
