The Candis Outstanding Family of the Year Award 2012 is now open for nominations. This unique award celebrates Britain's most amazing families who work together to make the world a better place and deserve recognition for all they do.
The winning family from each of the five categories will be invited to the fabulous award day at ZSL London Zoo on May 28th where they will receive a goody bag worth £500.
The categories are
The Fundraisers - the family who pull together to raise cash for a worthy cause.
The Carers - families who foster adopt or devote their time to care for those with additional needs.
The Campaigners - families who help change opinions, educate people, and raise awareness.
The Health Heroes - the family who have improved ther own lifestyle and that of others through healthy activity and sport.
The Community Champions - families who have made a real difference to their community.
